Fiber laser is a new type of fiber laser that is newly developed in the world. It outputs high-energy-density laser beam, which is concentrated on the surface of the workpiece, so that the area irradiated by the ultra-fine focus spot on the workpiece is instantly melted and vaporized, and the spot is moved by the numerical control mechanical system Realize automatic cutting by irradiating position.

Structure Type

Longmen CNC laser cutting machine, dual drive. Among them, X and Y axis linkage realizes the plane cutting feed gantry movable structure. It is a two-axis linkage, and the Z-axis floats to track the surface of the workpiece; the Y frame adopts steel precision welding, high temperature annealing of the whole machine, and stress failure treatment; the large gantry milling of the guide rail seat can be processed by one tool, which can maintain good stability for a long time.

The X frame is formed by integral metal casting, which is light in weight and high in strength.

Laser source:

The fiber laser is required to be installed at an ambient temperature of 20ºC, the laser’s photoelectric conversion efficiency is higher than 30%, and the service life is as long as 100,000 hours. It can be operated with high efficiency, maintenance-free and low cost.

Chiller:

The chiller is a special equipment that provides cooling circulating water to the laser and cutting head lens. The pressure of the cooling water is maintained between 4.5 and 6 Bar. The cooling circulating water requires the use of high-quality purified water or distilled water.

Smoke and dust removal fan:

Equipped with a 1KW fan to remove the smoke and dust generated during cutting.

Cutting head and height sensor:

The laser cutting head adopts Swiss technology fiber laser machine dedicated cutting head to ensure high cutting accuracy and cutting efficiency.

The height sensor sets the distance between the nozzle and the plate, and maintains the set distance in real time during high-speed movement.

motor driven:

The servo motor has precise speed control, the position accuracy is very accurate, the torque speed characteristic is very hard, the principle is simple, and the use is convenient. Main advantages: stable operation, high performance, low energy consumption, easy repair and maintenance, low maintenance requirements, and good linear adjustment characteristics.

Control System:

The system adopts international standards, has international leading technology, and is widely used in various precision control and processing fields. Based on the PC architecture and WINDOWS as the platform, it has an open structure, simple operation and easy to learn, which is the biggest difference between this CNC system and the traditional CNC system.

Wireless handheld handle:

The operation of the machine tool uses a wireless remote control handle, which is simple, convenient and fast.

Programming software:

The laser cutting control system is a set of system software for plane laser cutting, including laser cutting process processing, common layout functions and laser processing control. The main functions include graphics processing, parameter settings, custom cutting process editing, nesting, path planning, simulation, and cutting processing control.

Easy to typesetting: support graphics data formats such as AI, DXF, PLT, Gerber, etc.

High processing precision: Because this machine has good electromechanical drive dynamic performance, it has good processing followability and high precision.

Z-axis follow-up: In order to solve the problem that the laser focus fluctuates due to the uneven surface of the sheet and affects the cutting quality, the cutting head (Z-axis) must follow-up to keep the focus constant.

Graphic display: The machine has analog graphic display and dynamic graphic tracking display functions for the edited part graphics, making the processing more intuitive and easy to monitor and control.

Multiple alarm functions: The CNC system of this machine has self-check alarm and automatic protection functions, and also has alarm display and automatic protection for external conditions.
