What is laser?
Laser is one of the most important inventions since the 20th century after nuclear energy, computer and semiconductor. It is called "the fastest knife", "the most accurate ruler" and "the brightest light". The light of atomic stimulated radiation is named "laser".
Application scope of laser
Laser is widely used, such as laser marking, laser welding, laser cutting, optical fiber communication, laser spectrum, laser ranging, laser radar, laser weapons, laser discs, laser indicators, laser correction, laser cosmetology, laser scanning, laser mosquito killer and so on.
What is laser marking machine?
Laser marking machine is a kind of permanent marking machine which uses laser beam to mark the surface of various substances. The effect of marking is to expose the deep substance through the evaporation of the surface substance, thus engraving exquisite patterns, trademarks and characters.
The structure of laser marking machine
Laser power supply
The laser power supply of fiber laser marking machine is a device which provides power for fiber laser. Its input voltage is AC 220V. It is installed in the control box of the marking machine.
Fiber laser
Fiber laser marking machine adopts imported pulse fiber laser. Its output laser mode has long service life and is designed to be installed in the marking machine housing.
Galvanometer scanning system
Galvanometer scanning system is composed of two parts: optical scanner and servo control. The whole system is designed and manufactured by new technologies, new materials, new processes and new working principles.
The optical scanner adopts a servomotor with a moving magnetic deflection. It has the advantages of large scanning angle, large peak torque, large load inertia, small electromechanical time constant, fast working speed, stability and reliability. Precision bearing clearance eliminating mechanism provides ultra-bottom axial and radial runout errors; "electronic torsion bar" replaces traditional elastic material torsion bar, greatly improving the service life and long-term reliability of work; zero-power maintenance working principle at any position not only reduces the use of power consumption, but also reduces the heating effect of the device, and saves the constant. Advanced high stability precision position detection and sensing technology provides high linearity, high resolution, high repeatability, low drift performance.
Optical scanner is divided into X-direction scanning system and Y-direction scanning system. Laser mirrors are fixed on the axis of each servo motor. Each servo motor is digitally controlled by the computer to control its scanning path.
Focusing system
The focus system is to focus parallel laser beams on one point. The f-theta lens is mainly used. Different f-theta lenses have different focal lengths, marking effects and scopes. The imported high-performance focusing system is used in the fiber laser marking machine. The standard lens focal length f=160mm and the effective scanning range 110 mm are used. The user can match the lens of the model according to needs.
The optional F- theta lens has:
F=100mm, the effective focusing range is 65mm.
F=160mm, the effective focusing range is 110mm.
computer control system
The computer control system is the center of control and command of the laser marking machine, and it is also the carrier of software installation. Through the coordinated control of the acousto-optic modulation system and galvanometer scanning system, the marking of workpiece is completed.
